Families, its a great tool to stay up to date with what your student is learning in class and what assignments/assessments are due/upcoming. Students- use the daily tracker to plan your aynchrounous work days!

Connect High School Facilities Update
To All Connect High School Students and Families
NOTICE: Update on the progress regarding the construction of the new 550 Continental Blvd. Campus for DV Connect H.S. and DVX.
Originally, Connect H.S. was tentatively scheduled to move into the new campus by Tuesday, September 7th. Because of the delay, Connect H.S. will need to continue to provide instruction for our students at the 201 Campus using the Skybox, the Blackbox and the Music Room for classes through the end of the month until October 1st, at which time we will again plan for the move to the new campus.

Originalmente, Connect H.S. tenía programado, tentativamente para mudarse al nuevo sitio, el martes 7 de septiembre. Debido al retraso, Connect H.S. tendrá que continuar brindando instrucción a nuestros estudiantes en el sitio de 201 usando Skybox, Blackbox y el salón de música para las clases hasta el 1 de octubre. UCLA Fall Open House! Register Now!
UCLA’s annual Fall Open House will be virtual this year and will take place from Saturday, September 25 through Thursday, September 30. To best serve our prospective students and their families, we will offer programming on Saturday and in the evenings Monday through Thursday. Students and families will have an opportunity to gain insight about the admission process, learn more about the incredible academic opportunities available to them, participate in student panels, virtually tour campus and experience Bruin pride firsthand.
Registration is required, students can make a reservation here.
Studio Orchestra opportunity
Studio Orchestra is a seminar, meeting 2:15pm-4pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This time block is a combination of the overlapping DVS, DVC, & DVD and DV Connect schedules, and the “meat” of the class will be between 2:45-4pm. Anyone with at least 1 year of Wind or String Orchestra experience is welcome to join. DV Connect HS students are welcome to join after school at 3:15pm if they have class on Tues/Thurs. If it it your asynchrounous day you are welcome to join at start time 2:15pm.
Students and parents are welcome to contact Toby Harwell (instructor) with any questions, and the first meeting will be held this Thursday, Sept. 2nd, either in the 201 music room or outdoors in the west quad area. Signs will be posted.
