Dear Da Vinci Connect Students!

October marks the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re excited to share a heartfelt initiative with you.

On October 2nd and 3rd, we invite all students to join hands in a show of support by wearing pink!

By wearing pink, we not only raise awareness for breast cancer but also demonstrate our unity in the face of adversity. Each pink garment becomes a symbol of hope, reminding us of the importance of early detection and prevention!

Let’s come together, in pink, and make a profound statement about our commitment to making a difference. Your small gesture can lead to significant change!

We look forward to seeing our hallways and classrooms awash in shades of pink on these days. Thank you for embracing this initiative with open hearts.

Connect High School will be hosting the PSAT on Wednesday, October 25th at 8:30am.

There will be a Google Form link emailed out to 10th grade students and their parents/guardians this afternoon – Tuesday, September 19th. If you would like to be eligible to take the PSAT, you will have to submit your request on the Google Form no later than Thursday, September 29th.

Before you submit your response, please note that:

The PSAT test will take place on Wednesday, October 25th – this is an asynchronous day for Connect HS, so you will need to arrange for transportation to the Da Vinci Connect HS campus.
There will be limited space available for 10th grade students. Not all students who register will be able to take the PSAT on October 25th.
Students will need to arrive no later than 8:30am. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the test.
Once you are registered for the PSAT, you will be notified with more information on specifics for the test date.

March Madness_ 2023

Join the Connect Crew for NCAA March Madness College Basketball Brackets! This exciting event is a great way to show support for your favorite college and predict the winner of the 64-team tournament.

We’re offering gift card prizes for the top three brackets: 1st place will receive a $25 gift card, 2nd place will receive a $10 gift card, and 3rd place will receive a $5 gift card.

Selection Sunday is this Sunday, March 12th, so don’t miss your chance to participate. The deadline to complete a bracket is March 16th.

To join, simply scan the QR code on the attached flier and enter the password “connect.” Good luck!

Love is in the air… and so is school spirit? Celebrate with us through a fun spirit week February 13th and 14th! Pink, red, hearts, and all things love– Monday (13th) and Tuesday (14th) will be Valentine’s themed. Or if that isn’t your vibe, wear black and celebrate Anti-Valentines.

Also, Connect Crew is giving all students this Valentine’s an opportunity to send a Candy Gram to another student on campus! You can send it to your friend, a classmate, or maybe a special someone!

You have the option to add your name on the gram or remain anonymous. You also have the option to add a fun little note to the gram! (Please do not write anything inappropriate– We will be reviewing each note before distribution.)

This form will close on Tuesday, February 14th. Candy Gram distribution will take place on Thursday, February 16th & Friday, February 17th during the Advisory period.

The Connect Crew Game and Movie night event, scheduled for this evening from 3:45pm – 5:45pm will be postponed for a later date.

All DV Connect High School students are invited to participate in Game Night, Wednesday, November 16th from 3:45pm – 5:45pm on the Connect 550 campus. We will be playing board games, enjoying food and snacks along with other entertainment. Everyone can participate and bring a game from home!
